Currently sitting in Apple NOT ready to throw my computer out the window and/or at the “genius” employees. I made a big stink at check in, “$900 repair resulting in 3 weeks and 5 repairs within three months” and had no wait time and was helped right away by a manager. Even though I’m only here because my right audio isn’t working as a result of the last repair, when the GENIUS looked at my history he was extremely apologetic, and they’re going to completely replace my computer. They’re doing a data switch on the newest “most similar” model and are actually upgrading it to a slightly better one because of all the crazy stupid stuff I’ve had to deal with. I only have to part with my dear machine for 1-2 days and it will be SO FAST and shiny and light and beautiful.

This is not very well written, mostly because I haven’t eaten anything all day, but I’m SOOO happy and needed to share.

THIS is why I went with a Mac over a PC in the first place and it’s nice to finally have validation that I made the right choice.
