i just realized that i blew out a ton of candles this weekend for my birthday celebrations and not once did i make a wish.  i didn’t even consider it.  it was the perfect weekend; the whole thing was fun, i got to see so many people i love, we laughed until we cried more than once.  i usually wish for things like having a boyfriend or some present that i want (a scooter) or a fun night.  i had (almost) all of those things already.  my best friends are all people who really actually care about me, there was copious amounts of dancing, and the boy got me a freaking two person snuggie and a movie starring whoopi goldberg and a dinosaur, WHAT ELSE COULD I NEED!?

i feel kind of old not being a teenager anymore, but i’ve never been happier.  i’m at such a fantastic point in my life right now.
